Your DJ & MC

More Than Music

Every love story is unique, and your celebration should reflect that. I specialize in creating culturally authentic experiences for Latin and American weddings, quinceañeras, and special events. With bilingual MC services in English and Spanish, I ensure every guest feels included and every moment flows seamlessly.

Based in Watsonville, California, I've spent years learning the traditions that make Latin celebrations special — from the significance of el baile del dólar to the energy of la hora loca. I don't just play the music; I understand the meaning behind the moments.

Every event gets my full preparation. I arrive early, bring backup equipment, carry liability insurance, and have contingency plans. Your celebration is too important for anything less.

Everything You Need to Know

Frequently Asked Questions

Booking & Availability

How far in advance should I book?
I recommend booking as early as possible, especially for peak wedding season (May-October) and popular dates like Saturdays. Many clients book 6-12 months in advance. However, I sometimes have last-minute availability, so it never hurts to reach out even for upcoming dates.
What is required to book?
To secure your date, I require a signed contract and a 25% non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance is due 14 days before your event. I also offer payment plans for those who need flexibility.

Services & Equipment

What equipment do you use?
I use professional-grade equipment including QSC and JBL speakers, Shure wireless microphones, and intelligent lighting from ADJ and Chauvet. All equipment is regularly maintained and tested.
Do you bring backup equipment?
Absolutely. I bring backup speakers, microphones, laptop, and cables to every event. Your celebration is too important to risk any technical issues.
Do you have liability insurance?
Yes, I carry full liability insurance. I can provide a certificate of insurance if your venue requires one.

Music & Planning

Do you take song requests?
Absolutely! I encourage you to share your must-play songs, as well as any do-not-play songs. Your music preferences guide the entire playlist. After booking, I'll send you access to a planning portal where you can add your selections.
What genres do you play?
I'm experienced in all genres including Top 40, Latin (cumbia, salsa, bachata, reggaeton, banda, norteño), R&B, hip-hop, country, rock, oldies, and more. I adjust to your preferences and your crowd.

Bilingual & Cultural Services

What does bilingual MC service include?
I provide announcements, introductions, and guest interaction in both English and Spanish. This ensures all your guests feel included and understand what's happening throughout the event.
Are you familiar with Mexican wedding traditions?
Yes! I have extensive experience with traditions including el lazo, las arras, el brindis, la marcha, el baile del dólar, la víbora de la mar, and more. I'm also familiar with quinceañera traditions including the changing of shoes, last doll, and waltz.
